This website provides general information about Wikilax Tech Solutions services and selected packages. It does not replace a written quotation, site assessment, technical specification or signed agreement.
Quotations and scope
A quotation is based on the information available at the time. Final scope, equipment, quantities, installation conditions, exclusions, responsibilities, price and timing are confirmed in writing. A site assessment may change the proposed design or cost where physical conditions differ from the original information.
Package pricing
Published CCTV package prices apply to the stated package contents. Additional buildings, cable routes, power work, specialised mounting, longer storage, network work, access equipment or other requirements may require a separate quotation.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project information, safe access, required permissions, suitable power and internet where applicable, and timely decisions. Credentials and system access supplied during a project must be kept secure.
Changes and payments
Work outside the agreed scope must be approved before implementation. Payment amounts, due dates, deposits and ownership of supplied equipment follow the accepted quotation or service agreement.
Installation and handover
Wikilax Tech Solutions will carry out the agreed installation and configuration with reasonable care. The client should review the completed scope, receive applicable operating guidance and report any handover issue promptly.
Warranty and support
Warranty periods and coverage follow the applicable package, quotation and manufacturer terms. The listed CCTV packages include a one-year warranty. Support, maintenance, consumables, accidental damage, third-party outages and work outside warranty coverage may be quoted separately.
External services
Domains, hosting, email, internet access, WhatsApp and other third-party services remain subject to their own availability, policies, fees and terms.
