A double-storey, seven-bedroom family home designed as a fully automated, solar-backed smart home — with a live 3D digital twin you can explore in your browser.
The project requirement.
The client needed every system in a new seven-bedroom home — lighting, curtains, air-conditioning, CCTV, alarm, gate, solar backup and water — planned together before construction, and a way to see and test it all before a single cable was laid.
Wikilax Tech modelled the whole house from the architect's drawings, placed 263 smart devices room by room, and built an interactive digital twin that runs the real automation logic: 19 rules for sunrise, sunset, arrival, bedtime, intrusion, fire, leaks, load-shedding and solar-surplus water heating, with X-ray cabling by construction stage, power and network diagrams and a full bill of materials.
